LaVista Park is lucky to have the first Whole Foods store to open in the Atlanta area.
Located at the corner of Briarcliff and LaVista roads, Whole Foods is a special treat for natural and organic food lovers, as well as gardeners. The summer months bring a mini-nursery at its store front, with beautiful hanging baskets, annuals, perennials and herbs. Year round, as you enter the store, you'll be surrounded by fresh cut flowers, orchids, and other household plants.
It's such a pleasure shopping at this store, with the highest quality products in every department. First is the produce, then the seafood and meat counter, then the wine and cheese department. Don't miss the little plates of cheese samplings in that department. Then there's the prepared food section, with a self-serve hot table and salad bar, right next to the bakery. And that's just the perimeter - not enough space to mention everything else in between!
Whole Foods is known for their customer service and the store at Briarcliff is no exception. They are SO helpful and friendly. One of the best things about them is that they want to be a part of our community. They help not just our neighborhood association, but others as well - they are happy to cater a meeting or donate a gift basket.
