Still trying to inch their way into banking, July 6th WalMart announced that they have teamed up with a lender to offer small business loans to Sam's Club business members. Membership is $35/year. They are offering 10 year loans of $5-25,000 with no early prepayment penalty. Focus is on women and veteran owned businesses. During the pilot period they are offering $100 off the application fee, a 20% discount, and a 7.5 APR. They claim simpler application and lower cost than conventional banks.

As a disclaimer...I know nothing about this program except what was reported in the CrossRoadsNews. You are on your own, but if this is beneficial, report on it here. If this is too commercial, comment here and I will delete it.
