I'd like to remind EVERYONE in LaVista Park...if you know of any events of possible interest to the neighborhood, PLEASE POST TIME/DATE/LOCATION ON THE CALENDAR.

(click on Control Panel in upper right corner by your name, then open Calendar and add info; before leaving site check Calendar to make sure it was added).

If you actually attend any county events (meetings/hearings) please REPORT on what transpired, on Leaf Talk. Open Leaf Talk directly from first full line at top, find appropriate forum, and then report. If topic already exists or (I or somebody else has already reported) please ADD your comments to the existing post.

If you access on-line information of specific or general interest to the neighborhood, you can create an ARTICLE by also going to Control Panel. With that you can paste in information you have acquired on-line, and it will appear on the opening page. Just remember that you must check the box that you "approve" the article after you proof read and are happy with it. If you post but don't accept, it will sit in limbo on the site "awaiting approval" and never post.

If I can do it on dial up...anybody can contribute!

THANKS!

Posting to the LVPCA calendar only appears to work if one has administrator privileges.

Correct, only board members and a couple of others have permissions that allow posting to the calendar.

If unable to post to calendar, please send to me efschmidt@yahoo.com and I will make sure it gets reviewed and inserted if it has general LVPCA appeal.
