Membership in the LaVista Park Civic Association (LVPCA) is open to persons 18 years of age or older who own or reside in single-family houses, duplexes, condominiums, or townhouses within the boundaries of the LaVista Park neighborhood. Membership is on a household basis.

Subscription dues are $185 per year per household, renewable and payable on June 1.

Our fiscal year runs from June 1 through May 31.

Being a LaVista Park Civic Association member has many rewards:

• Voting rights at neighborhood Quarterly Civic Association Meetings
• Security Patrol Subscription; LVPCA employs off-duty DeKalb County police officers for a neighborhood security patrol for LVPCA Members.
• The Neighborhood News; a quarterly printed newsletter;
• Web site operations; Calendar, Chat, Leaf Talk forums, Links, News/Articles, Photo Galleries, Store
• Social gatherings;
• Park improvements.
• Product and/or service discounts from our Friends of LaVista Park member merchants.

The Association holds quarterly general meetings (3nd Thursday of January, April, July and October) with an Annual Meeting in October. Officers are elected at the Annual Meeting. These meetings are usually held at the Westminster Presbyterian Church at 1438 Sheridan Road NE.
