The long anticipated improvements to the upper section of the neighborhood park have begun!.

Ground has been broken, paths cleared, retaining walls are being built.  Stop by the park and see the progress!  

Ken Duke, President of the Citadel Garden Club, has met with the contractor's project manager and will remain in close contact with them to ensure the project adheres to the approved plans.
